Request account deletion

If you want to delete your account and the data related to it for a Qelyra product, tell us which product and we will handle the rest. Data held by the product (such as records, history, settings, and saved content) is removed from our systems.

Request account deletion

Email info.qelyra@gmail.com with the subject "Account deletion request".

Include in your request

State the Qelyra product and identify the account you want deleted. We may need to verify that the request comes from the account owner before processing it.

After you submit

We respond to every deletion request. Once we have confirmed the request, the account and its related data are deleted, and data will no longer be used for any purpose.
